He explained well and showed me how long it will take for me to get my teeth fixed so I can have a 'perfect' smile. Looking forward for this new journey! Keep it up Pacific West Dental Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist here is very friendly and I just had my braces removed a few days ago. It took about two and a half years to straighten my teeth and the end result is okay for me. I feel happy every time I go for a follow-up appointment during this process because I can clearly see the changes in my teeth. Thank you very much to the doctors and assistants here for helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before coming to this clinic I was apprehensive about getting braces. I figured that my teeth would look fine the way they were. I am now very glad that I ended up going through with the treatment. The staff here from the reception to the assistants are all very pleasant to be around and knowledgeable. But most importantly of all, dental surgeons who are so good at their job it almost seems magical. Thank you for being so great to me for the past 2 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At a time when getting to see an orthodontist seems rather challenging, the staff at Pacific West could not have been more efficient and accommodating. While there were significant, yet understandable Covid related disclosures and forms, their approach was fast and easy to navigate. Also the leveraging of technology made what historically would have been multiple visits and weeks of wait into a short very informative consultation. And while we still haven't decided on the ultimate approach, I came away impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very kind and informative. They explain the full process of the Invisalign in terms of the duration, cleaning process and other questions you might have.
I came in the last day of my appointment but I still felt that my teeth could be more straight so they extended my plan and continued the treatment. They want the BEST for your teeth
100 percent recommend!
The office is very clean and is sanitized regularly.

The receptionists always book appointments that fit well into my schedule, and the assistants teach me how to care for my teeth at home. Even with the addition of Covid-19 restrictions, the staff members provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere. I'm almost at the end of my treatment and am thankful to all of the team, especially Dr. Wang, for being so patient and helpful.
