M	Martine Gauthier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Siu and her team are incredible! They are attentive and always listen to your needs, concerns or questions. They always go above and beyond. Dr. Siu is mindful of your long-term goals and gives you realistic expectations and steps. She is gentle and calming which is great for someone with dental anxiety. The front desk team always greet you by name when you walk through the door and are mindful of your schedule when booking appointments, despite being a very busy clinic themselves. A few times I had to make last minute appointments and they were always able to see me on very short notice. The office is beautiful and clean, and it's convenient to have many other dental services within the same building (periodontists, dental imaging, etc.). Getting braces is a long and often painful journey, but at the end of it all and the braces come off, Clearview celebrates with you! I'm so thankful I got my treatment done here and would highly recommend them to everyone!
M	Meg Holden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that Dr Weltman and her staff may feel that they are being innovative with respect to customer service with their level of sales follow-up after a single appointment for an estimate, but the only word I have for what I experienced in their care is harassment. They went as far as to bully my children's dentist into changing his recommendation on when the braces should start, and to work with my ex to provide him a letter to use in court alleging that braces needed to start ASAP. When I called them to ask whether they realized the only possible result of their actions was that I would be spending my time and money in court rather than in the orthdontist's office, their response was "I'm sorry you feel that way." Used car sales does not hold a candle to the aggression of the approach to work at clearview orthodontics.

The team has been constantly following up with me to ensure the process goes smoothly even during covid. I'm pretty happy with the result and would definitely recommend Clearview to anyone who wants a prettier smile. :D

Dr. Siu is an excellent doctor who is very conservative with her treatment and recommendations and really considers how the treatment/procedures will affect her patient long-term. I find this very refreshing since a lot of doctors tend to over-treat and prescribe these days. The staff are always friendly and helpful with all administrative services like scheduling and billing (especially with complicated extended health plans!).
P	Paula Parkman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Charity Siu has been consistently great. She's honest, clear and always positive. She's always willing to walk you through a process and answer questions. The ladies at the front desk are fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all the dental assistants that have to work on my teeth, I love the chit chat. If I don't say it when I'm there, thanks again. It makes a huge difference knowing that even if the braces are going to cause you some discomfort, at least going in to get them adjusted can be a good experience.

The machine recording states that you can't leave a voice mail to cancel and to hang up and call back until you reach someone live. That's wasting the customer's time. I'd recommend stating to leave a voice mail but that cancellation is only successful once a staff member reaches out and confirms.

The staff are super friendly and very open to answering questions. Dr. Weltman is so kind and lovely to work with. Would recommend to anyone needed some work done!
S	Shawn Kanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Weltman for Invisalign orthodontic treatment and quite frankly, she is the best doctor I have ever had. When the pandemic hit, I had no idea how I was supposed to keep my next appointment, but despite the lockdown and other capacity limits she quickly improvised on how I could take photos of my teeth off of my cell phone just by using a small spoon to hold my mouth open for her to assess my condition, and that worked absolutely perfectly. When my retainer broke, I emailed her about it just as I was heading to bed and asked if it was okay for me to keep using it. She emailed me back in about twenty minutes to explain why it was OK and what I could do to keep using it. And all of this was after I had moved to a different province, after I had finished my Invisalign treatment, and, not to mention, years after the last time I was even asked for any payment. These are just two examples — there are many more I can mention — of the adroitness and the quality of care you can expect from Dr. Weltman at ClearView Orthodontics. I am glad to be her patient; she has the most patience out of anyone I have seen, to be honest; and I wholeheartedly recommend you see her for your orthodontic treatment. Thanks again, Dr. Weltman! =)
