Good with children, but always seam to be running somewhat behind schedule.

I have only good things to say ,very nice office staff ,Doctor is amazing and always seen on time for our appointments.

My daughter has a "lazy eye". Her initial appointment was easy peasy and was very pleasant. But her second appointment was a different story. It was performed by another doc. I was told to arrive 15-30 mins early. The appointment was 30+ mins late. The doc gave her eye drops to dilate her eye. Then we had to wait another 30 mins before the doc could exam it. We went downstairs to run around. We come back and the doc was late again. The place was busy and packed! The receptionists looked annoyed and I was afraid to talk to them. When the doc called us in, my daughter was nervous. She was a little bit over a year old at that time so she wasn't sure what was going on. She was scared so she wasn't fully co-operative but she wasn't fighting/screaming. The doc was not friendly and she looked like she hates kids or hates her job. I didn't get that lovely vibe like the one we got from our first appointment. We managed to get everything done but of course it might've took 5 mins longer than we expected. After we were done, the doc told me to "give her [my daughter] a pacifier." Pretty much telling me to get my daughter to "shut it"!! She wasn't even crying! She was just whining a little. I was offended by this. Plus my daughter doesn't even use a pacifier! I don't mind the long wait here because I know sometimes it's hard dealing with kids. But what she said to me in the end was unacceptable!

Dr seems nice, appointments are always running slow. Two stars because they do not allow siblings or strollers inside the office. They made me and my infant wait outside the office while my 7-year-old has been forced to attend the examination alone.
