After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.

We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

M	Michelle McGuiness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this building for 3 years and absolutely loved the location, the size of my apartment, the concierge service, and the management (Devonshire). I had no intention of moving for the foreseeable future, then new management (Centurion) took over in 2020. They managed to completely undermine everything great about the building. Most of my issues have been covered by the other reviews here including the fact that they had constant construction when they knew people were working from home due to Covid, they shut down the concierge service, they shut down the buzzer system for 6 weeks to replace it with a far inferior system, they reduced the maintenance team, and any issues that we brought to management were met with incompetence and/or disrespect. If you decide to move here despite all of the terrible reviews, do not set up automatic withdrawals for rent payments. Twice they failed to competently handle rent transactions resulting in an NSF charge on one occasion, after which they had the audacity to yell at my fiance in the hallway that "you don't even pay rent!"

It was a short walk to anywhere downtown, the apartment itself is really nice, and the cleaning crew are always so friendly and do an amazing job keeping the buildings clean and looking good! Then Centurion took over and the building went downhill fast. There has been loud construction since January 2020 (its July now), there is usually only one elevator in service and management don't seem to know anything when you ask. Please keep in mind all of these reviews when moving in and consider yourself warned. Management, please don't respond to this review asking us to contact you, please listen to what people are saying and try and fix it.

They made our moving a lot easier than we could imagine. The building is very clean and is maintained very well. The location is very convenient, close to a grocery store, LRT, a nice little park and within walking distance to river valley. The unit we are living in is very sunny and spacious. I highly recommend this building.

I would like to add t my previous 5 star review. The building has recently locked down 24/7 with no access to the intercom. We can't get our packages or they go to the office. I work past office hours. We can't have guests that don't have cell phones to call and say they are downstairs. We have to go downstairs to let them in. I've talked to 2 elderly couples that can't easily go downstairs to let people in and another woman had to leave her baby alone to go let someone in. I appreciate them trying to look out for our safety but this is extreme!! 3 years ago After my review they came and fixed the hot water problem almost imminently. There was a manufacturer safety on it. Now I'm enjoying very hot showers and bubble baths! So Happy! I can still hear my upstairs neighbors like they are bowling in heals though, I wouldn't expect that with 8" concrete construction but, I have hot water!! I think the rent is decent. I LOVE my 1 bedroom + den. Spacious and reasonably priced from where I was. I walk to work and shopping! Love the location!

They gave me a beautiful gift basket on my move in date and have been so welcoming. They supplied dolly's and made my move so easy! A Neighbor left me cookies outside my door with a cute note welcoming me to the building. This building is amazing, I’m so happy I made the choice to move here!

Thank you Ashley, Ines & even Marco (Maintenance gentleman) for making my moving experience quick & safe during the buildings renovations ?. 5 stars is for perfection but nothing is perfect? I rate 4.5 stars. The building is going through renovations but it’s kept clean & safe. I’m sure once the renos are completed the building will be as beautiful as the renovated suites. I do love my new bright, spotless clean suite & appreciate the quietness of this concrete building ? with awesome views. Truly amazing, friendly staff at Grand Manor, they are prompt to respond by texts/emails. Met some friendly residents/tenants, whom introduced themselves & welcomed me to the building. I’m so blown away. Earlier reviews posted about the buildings’ construction & noise, well like all things with construction there are always issues but the staff do respond very quickly to the issues. The building is near & offers many convenient amenities. Walking is a pleasure, it’s proximity too 109 St, therefore it can get lively so one can expect a bit of noise but the noise does quiet down & closing the windows actually do help too!! Hey, its downtown & Covid is almost over therefore people are out & about after being cooped up - one can expect noise!! Overall I think I am going to enjoy being a resident at Grand Central Manor and look forward to a great living experience!!
S	Serena Myles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for over 2 years now and I will not be moving until I purchase a home of my very own. The location is perfect and the units are VERY spacious. To be living on 109 street with multiple rooms (1 bedroom + den), no roommate and over 900 sq feet is a massive steal. I had a terrible experience at my previous building and Grand Central Manor welcomed me with open arms and were so accommodating. The current property mgmt. team is extremely responsive, kind, hospitable and easy to work with. The online maintenance request system is super efficient, I had a clogged shower and put in a request before bed, when I woke up they maintenance person had called to come immediately and it was resolved before lunch! Ashley at the front office is BEYOND welcoming, making the building feel more homey. I would highly recommend this building to a friend, especially working professionals or seniors due to the close proximity to so many amenities. There is also always cleaning staff on site that keep the common areas in perfect cleanliness for all of us who live here :)

As I am not from the Canada, I was able to quickly acclimate to normal living, which is always a plus! Any issues I've had have been solved in a realistic amount of time. Apartment has been newly renovated and has a wide open space, absolutely love how much room I have for a 1 bed room apartment considering the location. Overall, would recommend staying here if you like to live with convenience of downtown yet still have a great place to stay!
