Great location downtown, nice walking path next to the building and a very nice Save on a minute away. On the walking path there are a fair amount of homeless people, but I think anywhere downtown would have that issue. None ever came in the building or disturbed me at all.
Building itself is kept very clean by management. Communal areas such as the lobby, gym, garbage room and stairwells are always kept spotless.
I rarely hear neighbors, the walls are very soundproof and everyone is very quiet.
Haven't interacted with the management much, but anytime there has been an issue it is always dealt with very quickly. Occasionally an elevator will stop working (maybe once or twice a year) and it's usually fixed within 24 hours.
Overall a great place to live an I will be sad to leave!
