An Edmonton boys' dream turned reality. Roger Newton purchased an old pool hall in the west end of Edmonton, with a clear vision of what was missing from the city of champions. There were Irish Bars, English Pubs, and even Belgian Cafes, but there was nothing that truly honoured the rich heritage of Canada. Combine that with his love of Sports, Roger opened the first ever Canadiana Sports Bar in West Edmonton, The Canadian Brewhouse. This location has since closed, but it was the start of a service industry giant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their nacho cheese and chicken wings here, finger-licking deliciousness, paired with nice beer--just the best. This place is nice, their food and beverages are great. The staff are nice and helpful, very good at what they do especially when entertaining customers. Service is quick and they delivered our orders as soon as they are ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want excellent customer service then you need to get to the downtown location Canadian Brewhouse ASAP!!! The staff are friendly and the service is phenomenal. It was my first time here and I was greeted in the first 30 second of walking in. Thank s first point of contact is what really makes it or breaks it for the customer experience. The food is delicious and the vibe is so positive. Please tell all your friends and family to come here where they will not only get amazing service but feel appreciated. :) You won’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a large booking on an Oilers game night (for a completely separate event). We had Izzy as a server and she was wonderful!! Super sweet and considerate, making sure all our orders were correct and that we were getting our orders as soon as possible. All the staff were fantastic and we felt very well taken care of!! The bouncer was very helpful as well. Will for sure be returning in the future. Thanks for a great evening!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my experience and I thought my food was great. Giving four stars because I changed (upgraded) my side to a poutine for $4 and I didn't think it was worth the additional $ after the fact. I mean it was okay... but not worth $4.
Hostess was very friendly and attentive and made sure we were comfortable and we never had to ask for a refill! She seemed pretty busy too but did an excellent job regardless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here with my friends just to chill and hangout. We like their beers, just the best. Nachos, chicken wings, and golden garlic fingers are very delicious and tasty. The sauces are very much to my liking, they complemented the dishes so well. Servings are just right, still satisfying for me. Their servers are nice and friendly too, they're efficient and good at what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my siblings for a night out, just chill.. it's been so long since we got the chance to do this because of our busy schedules. We totally enjoyed the experience--the place is nice and felt comfortable. Service was good and our orders were given to our tables quickly. Food tasted good and the beers are very amazing. Staff are very nice and helpful too!

They serve good dishes and staff are really nice and helpful. The food servings are just right for what they are worth. Perfect place for a night out for chilling and hanging out with friends.
