★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faded pink and dusty beige exterior and Gothic balcony design that's been screaming RENOVATE ME since 1989. My dog does like sniffing their grass. The convenience store by the entrance is usually closed when I walk by, not sure how much support it got from the owners once COVID hit. Glad to see Zeno Copy is still in business at least. From what I hear they are really good.
