For 50 years, we’ve provided safe and affordable housing to Edmontonians. We’re proud to be part of this vibrant city, contributing to the local economy, creating jobs, regenerating social and near-market housing and transforming communities. Here’s to 50 more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop wasting energy. Turn off the lights to your building when nobody's home at the end of the night. I walk by and your lights are on not only on the main floor but also on the 2nd floor at 10 pm at night.
It's frequently this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I live at Civida housing and wow I am amazed by the service they give!! Like best service for the fact that ppl only pay a portion of the rent!! Yet most companies that make millions of dollars cant even do anything for customers or clients, we call about a concern and they have someone out there in a day or 2 sometimes even the same day! They installed a new furnace all paid for by the housing corporation, the ppl who come in to do repairs are always friendly! They take our concerns very seriously and that is amazing!! Super happy with the service they give.
