The install was consistent with what was agreed upon. Install was flawless and the training/set up of profiles/mobile app was handled extremely well. We have used the system for a couple of weeks now and we are very happy with everything. It is a refreshing change encountering a company and staff that truly cares.

Now I can keep an eye in my property at all times while leaving for the season. Their staff was very knowledgeable, patient and made sure everything was set up correctly. I would strongly recommend Unity Smart Security to anyone for their home, farm or cabin. They were also the least expensive and I researched more than I would like to admit. Very affordable too, we got a system for the shop and the house for a very good price. The driveway sensor it's the greatest feature, we know when someone approaches our yard and we can see them through our cameras, my wife couldn't be happier. We totally recommend Unity.

I honestly think that if you're going to get a security system this is a really good company to go with. Very personalized. They were never pushy, they explained it all with detail before we made our decision. Their cameras have a great quality and they come with an nvr so we keep record of everything happening in our yard when we are not at home, we got the floor sensor too as we had problems in our basement last year. Very happy so far!

Within a day our new system was fully installed and functional along with being fully explained to us. For what can be a stressful and daunting decision, the whole team made the process and experience very comfortable and professional. In a day and age where you don't always feel valued as a customer and people don't always show pride in their work, it was so refreshing to deal with a team that obviously knows their business and care how they deliver it to their customers. We are very pleased and highly recommend Unity Smart Security.
N	Norm Radomsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my alarm system installed by these guys in 2019 I had them back at our place serval times to fix the system & they where not successful, after a bunch of calls they said they would call me & sit up an appointment for yet another service call it September now did hear back from this company, I tried on many occasions to contact them when I did they told me Brinks is in charge , I can’t get a hold of Brinks because they use recorded messages or text messages, can talk to no one there call back to Unity got the most rudeness lady to deal stating it my problem ,before she hung up on not even listening to my situation she told her boss was going to call no call from her boss , sad how these guys like your money & push the buck back and forth. No system working & the monthly payment comes and paid by me and no contract from either Unity or Brinks . I gues I have to pay 14 more months have no service because if not paying it to the collection they for protection & screw up your credit rating

Also the night vision is really good, so we were able to provide really good footage to the police when they tried stealing gas the other night. Customer service is excellent, Unity has truly exceed our expectations.
