Michel is very knowledgeable and is full onf information to the point that it is overwhelming; this is a GREAT thing as it elevates your knowledge and helps you consider points you never thought of.
This in my opinion is the job of a Realtor, to provide expert advice and insight gained through years of experience. I've dealt with many Realtors in Alberta and out. When a Realtor gives you clearly explained local information you couldn't find on the internet on your own, you're typically on the right track.
Michel is also knowlegeable on general building issues, permits, etc. He's not a home inspector or engineer; but he will be able to see the yellow flags that a new home buyer may miss.
I only write reviews when I believe it is earned, whether good or bad. Michel simply exceeded them and that's nice to see once in a while.
