Sukhpal at the front desk made sure he explained what I had to do next and made me feel comfortable at the test centre. I would highly recommend choosing this centre for anyone looking to have a smooth and stress-free experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an really unpleasant experience ever. The reception was very rude. I booked the exam. She first called me to reschedule my exam as the examiner was not available on that day somehow. Then I came to the exam. But I did not bring my physical copy of my passport. She then told me to wait and she said she was going to help other people. So I waited there for 10 more minutes. I missed my last chance to get my passport. I could have got my friend to send the passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience at this IELTS test center. The invigilator was very accommodating and approachable all throughout the examination period. He explained everything in thorough detail prior to the start of the exam, and the overall process was smooth and hassle-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent attention, the staff is very professional and respectful. The exam starts on time, they guide you through the exam, the instructions are very clear. They really make it comfortable and as manageable as possible (it is an almost 3 hours exam in total). If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact them. I had a problem with my passport (I am Venezuelan), and we could work it out in advance.
