If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I placed an order at least 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. They then text me 10 minutes after the restaurant closes (40 minutes later) to tell me they had to cancel my order. Thanks a lot. I could have just picked it up myself. This company is a joke. Stick to skip the dishes unless you don’t want your dinner!

Literally the worst online service, to order the food, you need to give them 2 of the credit card, with the same billing info. Never using this app, and they just stole my money and converted to credit points. Its hard to contact them. Even the customer support ended the chat in few minutes.

Terrible experience with this company. Signed up for orientation, person was 20 minutes late. Got to orientation and 90% of what we did could have been done at home. They allowed people to come to orientation without finishing their background check so we had to sit there and wait for the person to go through with the people who didn't. Made us watch videos on our own data. You also have to pay for parking. I paid for an hour and a half and still had to go put more money in. Completely unprofessional. I am expected to be a contracter but they did not respect my time at all. Look elsewhere first.... Not only that you might have to stand in line and wait to order for a customer as if you were a regular customer... For anyone who has delivered for anyone else, you know that is a huge waste of our valuable time.

I made an order, waiting an hour and then received an email saying that my order was cancelled per MY request and my money would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I then spoke with customer service who advised me that my order was immediately cancelled by DOORDASH because the restaurant doesn't do business with them?! Why was the restaurant an option? Why wasn't I notified immediately? Why do I have to wait for MY money to be returned for THEIR error? I do NOT recommend Doordash!

Door Dash Delivery Guy is awful. BEWARE!!!!!!!! Left my order in main entrance of apartment building and did not call or buzz to advise. When I called him, he said oh my bad, I tried calling twice which is a blatant lie as i had phone next to me waiting for his call. I then went downstairs and there was no order, 20 $ and no lunch. Plus he got a tip for doing nothing, most likely enjoying my food. I filled out the feedback and have yet to hear back. Guess we wait till done work to get food. Drivers name was Navkaran and when I tried calling back to say there was nothing downstairs, it went straight to a voicemail that is not yet set up. When I tried calling again 5 minutes later, it says this number may no longer be contacted.

I run a motel in the west end of edmonton they left an order of food at the front door and didn't even tell anyone! Food say for 3hours Before someone found it I wouldn't give them any stars but it won't let me

Ordered a pizza and these guys delivered it. Left it on the door step, did not ring the doorbell or knock. Just left. It was cold when we found it. Idiots will never use doordash again, because that’s exactly what they do.

Used this service for the first time and the only reason I used it is because a restaurant was out of range for skip the dishes. I will never ever use this service again. I made my order it was $61 taken out of my bank and then I get a text message saying my order was canceled by the restaurant that my money would be refunded in 3 days. I called the restaurant upset because why would you take money and then cancel? So the restaurant was willing to give me 10% discount which is gas going there so it was a lose-lose situation. She talked me into reordering and that my money would be put back I did. When we got the food it was cold. That was a week ago and I still don't have my money back. Called back yesterday and the restaurant told me it was doordash that had to refund me whereas doordash told me it was the restaurant that night that had to refund me . Finally got a hold of somebody with doordash and she's like oh we've refunded your money it'll take five more days to be put into your account. This is the worst service I have ever received how this company keeps going is beyond me.
