Tina’s treatment plan was discussed in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She also went out of her way to email me the protocol which helped to insure a safe routine. Her confidence and love of her career makes me feel very comfortable and I’m excited and feel safe to start my treatment plan to get to more beautiful youthful and healthy skin.

Not only is the staff amazing and friendly but they also create such a welcoming and approachable environment, I was at another dermatology clinic down the road from this one prior to finding GraceMed and I can tell you for certain that the customer service and patient treatment did not come close to compare to this GraceMed Clinic. One of the key reasons that I will and continue to come back to this clinic is because of how determined they are to prioritize each and every patient. Most dermatology clinics are very booked up which is difficult when trying to get an appointment about my skin, but GraceMed Oakville always seems to make sure that their patients are able to come in as soon as possible and always booking them for the next appointment available. Definitely recommend coming here!!
