I have been to seven different dermatologists in the past 20 years and Dr. Carr is definitely one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, empathetic and personable. She and her staff are great to work with and always make time for their patients. She is the only dermatologist I've been to who took the time to investigate my skin issues rather than just push prescriptions that didn't work. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Carr always takes her time with you and makes you feel safe and worry free. She never rushes you and addresses all your concerns during your visit. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. My family all attends her office and I have moved with her to each new office and will always travel where she travels.

My experience from start to finish was wonderful. The clinic is welcoming, clean, serene, and the utmost care is taken to ensure all patients are kept safe during these unprecedented times (COVID19 pandemic if you happen to be reading this in the future!). The front desk staff are kind, informative, and very efficient. I overheard a few phone calls and was really touched by how patient and kind they were to those calling in and who were most likely just as anxious as I was. My experience with Dr. Carr was excellent. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she has an excellent bedside manner and put me at ease immediately. She takes the time to explain things and really listens to and responds to questions and concerns. This is one of the most important things to me and speaks to the clinic's devotion to patient centered care. One of the clinic nurses, Leah, is outstanding. She's so kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth. After my appointment, I decided to treat myself to some ZO skin health products and that is where I met Lynda, who offered her time and expertise and made I ended up with the proper products. If you were looking for comprehensive high quality care, please ask for a referral to this clinic and you will not be disappointed! :)

Both Dr. Carr and Dr. J are two of the most competent and nicest Doctors I have ever seen. Their clinic is lovely and their staff are so friendly. Dr. J removed a skin cancer from my face and you can’t even see the scar. Dr. Carr did a few procedures too as I’d been down on myself lately. Everyone keeps telling me how great I look !!! I highly recommend them both. We are so lucky to have them in Oakville.
