★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Alausa is what dreams are made of. I’ve had many doctors in my life and I really liked my pediatrician when i was a kid and never found a doctor quite like him until just last year i met Dr Alausa. He’s by far the most intelligent dr I’ve ever spoken too, he takes his time with you and treats his patients really well. The joy you see on his face when you’re feeling better or making progress is amazing. I finally feel like im not just a number, but someone he cares for. He has helped me change my life completely in the past year and i love the fact he’s not a pill pusher, you will only receive antibiotics or medicine if you truly need it with him. Overall he’s a great experience and he was a doctor for many years in the UK (they are a bit advanced than us) i recommend him to everyone that needs a doctor, but get dr Alausa while you can because within just a few months his patient list has grown exponentially. Btw the staff is also incredible, so glad i found this place it’s simply amazing. And wait times are very very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is amazing! Razia at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my 1.5 year old son. Dr Henriquez was also very sweet and took her time to see my son and listen to all my concerns. She was suppose to be off at 2 pm and waited to see my son. She didn’t make us feel rushed and took care of everything. My son had to get xrays done, she called me In the evening to let me know the results and answered any other questions I had. The best DR we have been to so far. She also went above and beyond and took care of us! Best walk in ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a meet and greet with Dr Idris Alausa who is a British trained physician. He is very pleasant and thorough with good clinical acumen. He takes his time with you and gets to know you really well. Waiting times is good. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic as a walk in to meet with the dr and, i have to say had the most pleasant experience. Dr Idris Alausa takes his time with you and gets to know you, doesn't treat you like your just a number. The waiting times here are minimal. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. If anyone is looking for a great doctor I would highly recommend this clinic.

After having heard people complaining about lots of doctors refusing to listen and clinics with hour long wait times, i am happy to have found him and this clinic. He is very very patient and answers all the questions very well. Iv never had problems with his treatment so far ever. His diagnosis and treatment is spot on! Highly recommend him.

Dr.Idris thank you for seeing to it that my family and I are always comfortable and well taken care of. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed in this clinic. I was looking for a Spanish speaking doctor for my mother and came across this one who has Dr. Henriquez so we began the process to get my mom a family doctor after not having one for such a long time. In the times I was there, there was only one receptionist and she was running around and not accessible. She has an attitude and will speak over you and not accept any wrong doing. The first interaction with the doctor was over the phone and it sounded promising, when she got the in person appointment, months later, she was told to arrive early only for the clinic to be closed and multiple calls with no answer. Eventually the receptionist came out just to say it was open, because you just opened it.
My mom thought she was going to be able to sit down and speak with the doctor and go over her health concerns and the doctor had an attitude with her and had booked her just for one thing. And to top it off, she gets a message saying the doctor is going on maternity leave so she didn't even get to see her properly and the purpose of getting a Spanish speaking doctor went down the drain. I would not recommend this clinic.
