Very nice , thorough , detailed. ???

I started going to this doctor because she was recommended to me by 2 of my coworkers. 5 visits and 2 years later, she recommended that I find another doctor that was from my own community. I was so so shocked, I never returned.

Dr. Geraldine Cruz is an amazing doctor. She is very attentive, sincere, professional and makes sure that you get all the proper required treatment promptly. Her staff is also truly awesome! Great customer service! Best of all, they treat you like their own family.

A good doctor doesn't tell you there is something wrong with your blood test, then insist that you don't monitor the issue yourself at home. With a raised voice Dr GENEVIEVE Cruz did this; thereby causing me months of worry for what really wasn't an issue anyways. I find her to be inexperienced, uncaring and often staring at her computer when she doesn't have an answer for me. Thank God that this hierarchial relationship & 6 month agreement will end soon

Due to the Covid situation, Dr. Geraldine Cruz, made all the necessary means to communicate with us and provide her usual great help and expertise. I always feel much better after speaking to Dr. Cruz.

Dr. Genevieve Cruz is a wonderful doctor. I was on the hunt for a new family doctor about 2 years ago when I stumbled upon an ad in the building elevator stating Dr. Cruz' office was taking new patients - and I jumped at the opportunity. Dr. Genevieve Cruz is the other half of this clinics practice as her mother is the other doctor - and she is also wonderful. Dr. Genevieve Cruz may be younger than what some people may expect from a family doctor but I believe every professional has to start somewhere and building a relationship with your patients allows them to build trust in their skills - and that's what I did with Dr. Cruz. I appreciate the time she spends to listen to my needs and provides me with great insight and always is spot on with the medication she prescribes, the diagnosis' she advises, the diagnostic testing she orders, and the external referrals she sends out for me. Pre-Covid, I barely waited in the waiting room - maybe 10-15 mins max but only because I believe the patient before me was a baby and took them longer to assess. During COVID-19, their office allows for secure e-mail communication with the doctor and the doctor responds within 24 hours! Rxs, recommendations, and diagnostic imaging requisitions are e-mailed to me through a secure, password protected portal which allows for efficient communication between myself and Dr. Cruz. The receptionists are very kind, efficient, and courteous - getting an appointment from them is such a breeze. Dr. Genevieve Cruz is an all-around patient, excellent, knowledgeable, and kind doctor and I am very pleased to say that I have found the life-long doctor for me.
