★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible place for bikes, in a matter of 2 months I got a bike stolen, then they tried to steal my wheel of my bike thank goodness left it there and now my light for night are gone.
I don’t feel safe leaving my bike there but I have no other option to travel from home.
I really hope for better system and security this is not even funny anymore...
You would think for the price of the train the service would be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buses are clean and comfortable, but the station can be confusing and the ticket takers provide little direction as to where to go. Also there is not much parking if your bus leaves in the morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best GO stations. During rush hour, a train arrives every 10 minutes to go to Union Station. Fast trip as well to Union Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was my first time here . i reached the station at night and i was bit confused about the next gate so just enquired with the represntative he told me the way but that way had so many diversions so I got back to him to enquire again that time he was so rude and he told me that that is the last time he is gonna tell me the way . He was so arrogant and rude. Not happy at all with the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25th feb I took the 14A bus 9:28am the driver was very rude I had pressed the stop button but he didn’t stopped I wouldn’t have been mad but I’m 8 months pregnant and when I thought he should have stopped I stood up to get down he still drive the bus to which I almost fell down and the other passenger shouted to stop but he didnt and then when I went in the front to confront him to what happened he simply didn’t care and had no sorry or nothing to say but just started yelling.All I want to say to the guy is that he has no heart even after me telling that Iam 8 months pregnant he couldn’t even say sorry ....you deserve a zero star very rude person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a really good station, quite dated but has decent customer service. On a side note, (this doesn't affect the rating score) the convenience store in there is quite overpriced and I'm quite glad they put up a tims beside the station.

The long selection of buses which always arrive on time is the reason I always choose the bus as my only transport through the city .
There is more than ample parking space and Bike parking locations . ✅
The taxi service is amazing here also , aptly located right outside the Go station . ✅
Via office and GO bus both available on site . ✅
Great service and good security. Plus constant monitoring makes it very safe . ✅
A convenience store is located inside the Station .?
