★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of couches, and I especially like the customization (3 levels of cushion firmness, cushion stitching, legs, material, etc). Prices and time-to-delivery (~6 weeks) are very reasonable considering just how much you can customize. Also impressed with delivery: we ordered a large sectional that had to be delivered to the 3rd floor (!), and they did a great job despite our narrow suitcase. We've now ordered two couches from them, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They were able to guide us in selecting the perfect bed to fit our new space. Everything from size to colour! What topped the experience off was the professional delivery service. Our bed was setup and all boxes etc. were cleaned up. Highly recommended!

The process was seamless, and their vast selection of fabrics and colours allowed us to create a couch that was perfectly suited to our home. The pricing was excellent, and we are very pleased with the quality. We'll be making many more furniture purchases from Iconic as we renovate our new home! I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned to Iconic Living after we experienced an unforseen issue with a couch we bought over 2 years ago from them. Tarek and Dunia were wonderful in helping us resolve the issue with the manufacturer. They got a replacement piece for the couch no questions asked (and at no cost to us). They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy even though they could have just as easily washed their hands of it since 2 years had passed since the purchase. We were extremely happy when we bought our furniture from them initially and are now even more impressed with the level of service and their genuine desire to keep their customers happy. Keep up the great work Iconic team and thanks again for your help. Your new location is great... a little far from downtown Toronto where we are but definitely worth the trip. If you are looking for furniture pay them a visit!
