★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time only a few times a day. Never on schedule for majority of evening stops. Just a complete logistical gongshow. Oakville in general has terrible traffic and logistical management. Too much money. Not enough brains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cost increase of Oakville transit is rediclous. 4 dollars for the worst transit system in the GTA is a joke. Either vastly improve your service or just skip the preamble and shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years Oakville Transit, the public transportation provider in Oakville, Ontario, Canada has become a reliable para transit and transit system working along with VIA Rail of Canada and GO Transit(Metrolinx) Since 1972 it has come a long way from a few bus routes to the current status of covering entire Oakville area. Oakville Transit is a department of the town of Oakville and is a member of the Canadian Urban Transit Association. The great management and customer oriented operators make the service better everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 20 bus is NEVER on time. As someone who needs to take 2 buses to get from school to work, it’s very frustrating when I have to wait 30 minutes because my first bus was 15 minutes late. It is a regular occurrence and I miss the 28 every day on the way home. The only time the 20 is ever on time is when the 28 turns into the 20 in the morning. Very frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service EVER the 4E suppose to meet with the other busses & they all leave before it gets to GO station. ALWAYS!!!! Ridiculous. Noticed starting Sept 5 that the busses arrive 2min before they all leave. Lets hope this is enough time and connecting busses won't be missed like it use too!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is great from the driver's, also it isnt too hard to call them up, the timing of the busses could use work and sometimes I get the routes and names confused as they are so similar sometimes.

The driver could see me walking from the back. I had almost made it to the back of the bus.
She shut the door and drove off.
It was only after I started running after the bus that she stopped. She started yelling about how she had been waiting for 10 minutes.
Kudos for ruining the end of a hard week.....
