Skin Vitality Medical Clinic Oakville

I have been to several clinics in the Niagara Region over that last 10 years for Botox, Filler, and Laser skin rejuvenation treatments. The Oakville Skin Vitality Clinic was exceptional and I have repeatedly gone back despite the hour drive. After services with them, people commented on my appearance without them even knowing I had something done. I have had less than stellar results at other facilities in the Golden Horseshoe so am very hesitant about trying new places. I would really recommend anyone considering facial rejuvenation treatments to try the Oakville Skin Vitality....they were excellent!

Amanda at Skin Vitality Oakville is amazing! I always get so nervous and she calms me down while giving me all the information I need. I’m always thrilled with the results. She really takes her time to make sure she fully understands my request. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. Highly recommended.

I visited the Oakville location and had a wonderful experience! The location is comfortable and clean, the staff were so kind, and the injector explained everything very well so I knew exactly what was happening! Will be going back again soon! Had a second visit today for lip filler which was amazing! Very quick and painless. Highly recommend.

This is my first time writing a review but I really felt I have to do. I would give this place ZERO star not even 1 star! Unfortunately my mother went to this place and financed a body sculpting package that worth about $7875 plus a $100 consultation fee that was paid cash plus $750 a separate treatment for the neck. My mother was highly encouraged from two nurses to take this package and she was been promised that she will be loosing weight and result will be shown within the first 3 months. Unfortunately this was not true!!!!! my mom had the first two treatments and felt this treatment is not gonna help and she informed the clinic but they said wait until you finish the rest of the treatments! especially the second treatment was done with another technician and we believe she was still under training! because the treatment was really bad. The clinic has been informed and my mother requested to get the third session done with the first nurse who had done the 1st treatment for her. She waited about one month until the nurse was back to work. I was pregnant in that time on my last month and the plan was that my mother will come to my place for the first few weeks to help with the baby. Due to a sever pain that my mother had due to the last treatment she even could not come see me and the baby for about 3 weeks after delivery!!!!!!! I contacted the clinic and told them about my mother situation and they gave her pain killer that never helped. Long story short, my mother never wanted to continue this treatment and she wanted to get back the money for the unused treatments plus a sort of discount of something ( due to the terrible result, sever pain, waste of money and time). We contacted the clinic and they said the only person who will help is Sarah! she is the finance person and the one who decide to give back some of the amount or not! It took me about more than two month talking to Sarah via emails only (she does not talk via phone) to get back the amount of the unused treatments. And she refused to give any money back or even any free treatment to make my mother feels a bit good! Zero customer care. My mom went back to the clinic and was hoping that they will give her something back or at least a free treatment but Unfortunately my mom got nothing! all she got is an email from Sarah saying if you want to do another treatment then you will have to pay for it. And the nurse told my mom this (If you go and get a plastic surgery done and you was not satisfied with the result do you think the doctor will give you some money back????) Never go to this clinic anymore and this is a big lesson to learn. They are very unprofessional when it comes to money.

Had my first treatment today. It was a great experience. The treatment itself hurt a bit, but not too bad. The nurse was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She kept checking to make sure I’m comfortable during my treatment.

I am so happy that I called the Oakville location to get a second opinion. I spoke with Tatiana who was so pleasant and professional. She faced timed me and was able to let me know what treatment was best suited for me as opposed to the treatment I was going to get. Today I had my first with and was met by nurse Julie, another great experience so professional and knowledgeable. Cannot wait to get my next treatment.

I had the most amazing visit at Skin Vitality (Oakville location) this afternoon. I went in and there was hardly any wait. I was greeted by the receptionist who was the sweetest most welcoming person. Then I was met by Stephanie, whom was just so kind and made everything a breeze. I was not 100% sure what I wanted to do and she helped navigate me to a decision and was super honest. She also made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I ended up getting some botox and a lip flip. The nurse was also very warm and explained everything to me step by step. I felt safe and in good hands. I have already told my friends about my great experience and will continue to do so. Thank you Skin Vitality Oakville!

I went to this clinic for the first time recently, and I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist and the nurse injector were super friendly and professional. The nurse was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions perfectly; I felt very relaxed during my treatment. She was really honest & kind. Also, it's amazing how the clinic follows up twice after your treatment, which is something that I haven't seen any other place do before. I'm very happy I found this place. There was no wait time either, and my treatment was done promptly. I will be coming back for sure.
