★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Briarwood for a number of years now, and seeing Jenny de Ruiter for my Botox/fillers. She is quite amazing, and such a professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! She is up to date on everything. Makes you feel extremely comfortable, and is happy to answer any questions. I certainly love the compliments I get, thanks to Jenny!

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for you and your team. You gave me life back and I feel like me again. Making the decision to have my implants removed was the best thing I could do! I have my health back. You are so caring and genuine!! My recovery was great!! Your follow ups were timely. Thanks for the caring professional treatment! The experience was beyond words! I see the nurse Jenny and she has been lovely ever since my first visit with her. She has about 20 years of injectable experience and she is passionate about what she does. I am thankful that I've finally found someone I can trust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Short is so talented at what he does. He removed a keloid from my ear quickly, easily, painlessly and it left no scarring! He is very knowledgable and approachable. He was also able to fit me into his busy schedule when I was having some concerns and he addressed all my concerns well. I would highly recommend him. All the staff members are also welcoming and accommodating. One of the bets doctors in my opinion.
Only thing is Dr. Short was a bit rushed a couple times but he always answered all my questions nonetheless! He always tries to be on-time for all his patients which is nice.

All of the staff have been exceptionally professional and truly kind and caring. If you are thinking about surgery, I have been fortunate enough to have been a patient with Dr. Brown who is satisfied only when you are satisfied!!
His work is meticulous!!
I have had Botox and fillers from Jenny who is an artist with a heart of gold!
I have had an aggressive IPL treatment with Julie where I was extremely nervous and her touch was so gentle yet effective! I honestly felt like I was her mom in the way she treated my face with such care !!!
I want to also mention the entire staff.
When you call every single employee who manages appointments and general questions seems like a kind and caring friend!!
I would never go anywhere else!
Very, very impressed each and every time !!

He takes the time to fully explain the procedure, listening and answering all questions while giving you his full attention. On multiple occasions, both pre and post op, Dr. Brown made me feel completely comfortable by allowing me to ask as many questions as I wanted. He provides quality, detailed feed back and is genuinely interested in ensuring you are happy with your procedure in order to receive the best results possible. His staff is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for a skilled cosmetic surgeon that treats their patients with respect. The customer service at Briarwood Cosmetic Surgical Centre is A+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely happy with the results that were achieved by Dr. Brown. The outcome of my experience far exceeds what I was hoping to achieve. He previously repaired a surgery (completed by another surgeon) and then most recently completed a full reconstruction that I had hoped for but did not think was possible. Dr. Brown made it possible. I could not be happier. In addition, Dr. Brown is thoughtful, caring and attentive. I highly recommend his practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cosmetic work if you want something simple (Botox). Beware if you want anything beyond simple (fillers, sculptra) and something goes wrong, you will be left to pay additional and unexpected fees to correct a poor outcome, or just live with the terrible result. You will be left hanging and the clinic won't accept any responsibility - none at all.
Ask upfront about prolonged downtime, and what the clinic is responsible for should you have a negative outcome. It is your face afterall. Suffice to say I had a poor outcome and was lied to about the prognosis, and then paid even more in attempt to fix it. When that didn't work, the clinic wanted me pay more yet again for more product to fix what should have never happened. Seems to be the theme at this clinic to have you chase the outcome you were sold on with repeated visits and $$. Surprisingly poor care. Now you know.....
