I was going through a rough time, and needed to conduct a real estate transaction. Aaliya, and Chris were accommodating, explained everything, and were a big help. I wish I could give them more star's, remember NEVER believe people here that have only done 1 negative review. Currently, I am dealing with Chris Martin with an Estate. Chris Martin is professional, fair and very nice to deal with. He takes the time to explain.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lawyer is ok, but don't count on him to act in your interest if there are issues, and his assistant is NOT professional at all and has no patience. I don't recommend them unless you are confident your deal will go through without a hitch. I had far better experience with another law office in the past. In the future, I would rather drive 2 hr to my previous lawyer than do business with Rose Law again.
