★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda and the Just Nutrition program have been a life saver. Ever since my second child I had been steadily gaining weight. Unsure of how to kick-start weight loss, I tried to eat healthy but nothing seemed to help. Once I met Amanda she started me on a new program that helped me to lose weight in a manner that suited me best...with food! Now, I feel better, I look better, I have more energy and I can't see myself ever going back to the way I was. Amanda is a fantastic coach that really helps to encourage you and keep you on track.
