No Limits Training (NLT) gave me hope again that I can actually achieve my health and weight loss goals. Prior to NLT I was so discouraged by my inability to lose weight. I believed was all due to my hypothyroidism and this became a crutch/excuse. I was often confused by the mystery of weight loss because despite only eating one meal per day (dinner), I was still gaining (thanks to Ayla, now I know why). Also, because of my irregular bowel movements, my weight would jump up and down by sometimes 5 lbs at a time! It was all so confusing and made me feel hopeless. But Ayla helped change all that and educated and empowered me. She put together a personalized plan specific to my needs that had me eat MORE calories per day and I actually started losing weight! (the irony!). She also taught me which foods to avoid that were amplifying the hypothyroidism. She also added things to my meal plan that would help with achieving more regular bowel movements. Ayla also gave me the accountability I needed to start working out again too, as it had been years (since before covid). Thanks to NLT I was able to lose a total of 14lbs in a month and a half. My goal was to lose only a measley 5 lbs because I underestimated myself (and NLT I guess!). More important than the number on the scale is that I can finally fit back into my old clothes again!!! My pre-covid clothes. I had so many favourite outfits just collecting dust and I have been living in the same handful of yoga pants for the past two years. Now, it feels like I've gone on a shopping spree in my closet and can have fun with my outfits again and I overall have more confidence. If you are sitting on the fence about whether to start with NLT, just do it. Even if it is a stretch financially (like it was for me)...it was worth it. NLT gave me several tools to continue my journey to better health, even when my program was done with them. You are worth it.

O'Neil has worked tirelessly to create the ultimate program. He works with his clients to create a plan that works unique for them and makes it incredibly fun to learn and see results. Someone with a passion like this deserves to have the best company around doing it and I can guarantee you O'Neil delivers on both passion and teamwork ? Ive learned so much from him and his system that I could recommend No Limits Training 10times over ?

I’ve only been with NLT for a couple months now but can already tell how incredible they are. I’ve always been into fitness but just not getting to where I want to be. I now have the most incredible coach who actually LISTENS and never judges. Ayla has personalized my journey, I don’t feel that I’m in a ‘cookie cutter’ program where everyone does the same workouts and eats the same meals. I have been given a workout program tailored to my needs/wants and I’m learning so much about how to fuel my body with the right foods. The accountability and amazing 1on1 support from my coach has been phenomenal - more than I ever expected! O’Neil and his team are amazing, I’m so happy I put my trust in them!

At the start of 2021 I was not happy with my weight and I noticed my energy levels were low. I signed up with No Limits Training and started working with O’Neil and Ayla and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve seen. Where do I begin?! O'Neil, Annie and Ayla have helped me change my life! I never knew what I was doing was not healthy and bad for my body. They taught me how to eat healthier and what's best for my body. I am so happy I am apart of the program. The team is extremely generous with their time and will work with you to crush your goals! I recommend No Limits Training to any female looking to not just lose weight but change their daily habits for good to live a healthier life while still enjoying the foods and drinks we all love. O’Neil and his team have always worked hard to constantly improve and make a permanent difference in the lives of women both physically and mentally. I have been coaching with Annie and the NLT family since November 2021. They have changed my mindset on healthy eating and exercising. It is possible to lose weight and gain muscle with a more balanced approach!! Very happy with my results, have lost over 14 lbs so far & 13 inches. Slow and steady wins the race! For me this means fewer hot flashes, good sleeps, and fitting into a dress that I hadn't been able to zip up in 5 years. Thanks NLT family for your input and guidance :)
