By making simple, achievable changes I have not only reached my weight loss goals and reduced my body fat by over 6% (at 38 years old – this was not an outcome I was expecting!) but I’ve completely resolved GI issues that I’ve struggled with my entire life. I now have the tools and knowledge to sustain these changes and I choose to fuel my body with healthy, delicious foods which keeps everything functioning well. I highly recommend Michelle. She is completely approachable, non-judgmental and gave me that extra push when I needed it.
