The team challenges are a great boost, with no judgment and a safe place for support. The scale is just a number, until you jump on Patsy’s scale and she decodes what’s really behind that number! It’s a great journey when you do it with someone who knows how to help you, thank you Patsy and her team.

Classes every night. Always come away feeling stress relief, happy and that I have had a great workout. The people are really friendly and the small classes allow the instructors to really get to know you. There is no other place that I would rather go.

Programs and classes are customized to fit your needs and the staff are always warm and friendly. I would recommend the clinic to anyone who is ready to work hard and feel great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my age, I tried many ways to lose weight, but was not successful until I found MCC. I joined their 30 days meatless challenge. I was very happy that I could easily apply the plant base meals without any craving of meat! I can feel my pants and clothes became looser and looser. Another important point is in MCC, you do not need to spend crazy amount of money to loose weight. Thank you, MCC!

The trainers are professional, knowledgeable and care about their clients. With only 9 people in a class they modify exercises if you are just starting out or have an injury.
The seasonal weight loss challenges keep you on track and help learn new recipes and approaches to nutrition.
The members are the greatest group of women and men - friendly, supportive, and fun!

Patsy always has new tricks, delicious recipes & group challenges to help me achieve & maintain weight loss!
MCC is the best gift you can give yourself to achieve and sustain weight loss! I feel stronger, slimmer, healthier, & more energetic!
I especially love the Challenges ... when I need that little bit of extra motivation!
I compete in the Little Black Dress Challenge to get me ready for the holidays!

work with you using physio , facial stretching, targeted exercises, to maximize your progress. The nutrition program is easy fun and interesting, adapted to your makeup and I have had the best success here of all.
They give so much great advice and guidance. I have kept off the pounds( mostly) and feel amazing. it's my haven.
