From the moment we met Rob, we felt confident in choosing him to help us design and build the kitchen we envisioned. Rob brought our ideas to life, presenting a gorgeous design within days of our initial meeting. He truly listens and honoured the style of our home, while offering great ideas that we appreciated and implemented. The building process was just as smooth and what made it even better was that we felt the genuine excitement and interest from Rob and his crew. The guys he has hand selected are top-rate and were a true pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Prasada and would love to work with them again, if given the opportunity.

While his enthusiasm made the process enjoyable and fun, I especially appreciated the collaborative approach he employs - his knowledge, receptiveness and guidance resulted in the home that I had always envisioned..
Before we even broke ground, due to some unique features on my property, the project required a great deal of communication and back-and-forth with Conservation. It was daunting, but Rob and his team were there the whole way, working on my behalf and ensuring that the end-result would be perfect both for me and the town.
Despite the fact that the home was built throughout the height of Covid and we encountered some unexpected challenges, Rob and the crew were professional, courteous, and friendly, and did a spectacular job from start to finish.
I have no hesitation recommending Prasada Custom Homes to anyone looking to build.

I felt comfortable from the get go. Rob really listened to me and took note of all the things that were important to me. Once the scope of the project was determined, I was given a detailed quote. Rob communicated with me regularly and was a great help guiding me through the renovation process. Rob and his team were respectful of me and my space. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The materials are top quality and the workmanship is excellent.

Right from our first meeting, Rob was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful - and I am happy to say that these traits remained constant throughout the entire year-long building process.
Working with Rob and his team at Prasada Custom Homes was a pleasure. They were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner, offer smart solutions when needed, and were always respectful of our property, budget, and our time. Their professionalism and know-how made the process of building a Spec build (our first) a fun and rewarding experience. We could simply enjoy the process, knowing that Rob had everything covered.
Building a Prasada Home was a success for us. The home we built with Rob and his team sold for full-ask, two days after it hit the market. The quality of the property is evident to all that see it, and I have no doubt the new owners will enjoy their home for many years to come.

It’s hard to imagine working on your dream home with someone who cares as much or more than you do. With Rob and his team, grateful is the feeling you have from the moment you meet to long after your home is built.
Building a home is no small feat and we really had no idea what was involved… finding an experienced and professional builder that valued what we value, respected our needs & budget and guided us every step of the way, was by far, the most important decision we made. And amid all of the planning, learning, decisions, challenges and creative solutions, it was oh so much fun.
To say that Rob & Alex go above and beyond is an understatement. Their expectation of quality, attention to detail, tenacity, responsiveness and honesty are what allowed us to turn a high-level vision into an exceptional home that we love.
