I am an extremely shy person and she put me right at ease from the first visit...so much so that I purchased an additional package and plan on adding another. She is also very skilled and takes her time to ensure she doesn’t miss anything. Thank you light touch med spa:))

I received laser treatment for a rash that was giving me severe pain and discomfort for months at a time. They recommended a steady schedule of treatments, and the results were amazing after only a few appointments! I have seen more than ten doctors and specialists over the years and this is the first place that helped me and provided LASTING results. Fran, Lisa, and the rest of the staff have always be kind and accommodating and I am so grateful for their knowledge and the help they've given me! I highly recommend this business for any of their services!

I met with Lisa who offered to back date my treatments so my insurance would cover it. The first two treatments were covered by insurance and then as I submitted more they asked for more information. Upon requesting Lisa for more information she was hesitant to share. After many phone calls asking for this information and her telling me her system was down so she couldn’t email it but would later, she finally had her receptionist(?) email me the doctors info. This doctor was a gynecologist from Toronto and also a male whom I had never met with. I am still out $1000 from my insurance since none of this info was legit. I also find that a lot of the negative reviews for this “spa” are replied with answers indicating that they have no information of you in the system. This is the truth, and Lisa has failed to provide me with her information to get my coverage.

Colisha made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my first treatment with her. I am excited to continue having treatments with Colisha because she’s the best! The front desk was also very pleasant and they sterilized their office thoroughly. Overall a very pleasant experience and great customer service.

I got a free consultation as I never been there before, I have to say, the lady (the technician) was very nice and sounded professional, willing to help me to improve my skin. She promised me to send an email so we can move forward. For some reason, she or the manager hasn’t sent anything and for me that doesn’t sound professional at all. Most skin clinics are serious, proactive and try their best to attract customers. I decided to go back to Skin Vitality Oakville, their prices are higher but they are quite good in Marketing, communication and Customer service, also offer special rates if you pay more. I already booked a treatment for $800. My advice, never neglect potential customers, those new customers can be loyal and can even recommend to others. Your loss.

I am very shocked to read all the negative reviews. Every time I have gone to the location in Oakville, I've had excellent service. During one of my laser hair removal sessions, I had an incident occur. I raised it up with them. The issue was resolved right away. Although I need to go for a touch up because some areas had hair regrowth, that is not unexpected. I am the type of person that likes to learn about the machines that are being used. Every technician has always been willing to chat and teach me about the process. Everyone that I've interacted with are friendly and knowledgeable. They would recommend services (because it could be something you're interested in, but haven't mentioned) but I never felt like they were being pushy about it.
