R	Rebekah Lumley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m going to admit this is my second Botox treatment I’ve ever had done before in my life so I am somewhat new to it but I went in to get my masseters done and was blown away by my experience the staff are friendly knowledgable, upfront, clear, concise and efficient. Thea was my nurse and she was kind, communicated very well took time to mark my face properly and was a ninja with the injections - literally I was preparing for multiple jabs and she did two jabs total on each side, which were relatively pain free and no numbing agent was given. It was super quick the procedure very hygienic. I’m really happy with my experience there. I felt very comfortable at the clinic itself - it was spotless and the other staff members were honest, straightforward and they weren’t trying to upsell me on anything, I just felt comfortable asking questions and learning more about the services they offer. Looking forward to seeing the results in the next couple of weeks!

Myself and my wife booked an appointment for the following week just to find out pricing. We were both very pleased with the way our nurse Jacqueline explained everything to us and the dosing she recommended for Botox (the treatment we decided on). We have both been to a few other clinics and found they have all been extremely pushy and try to over sell, but at Impact we felt like they truly want you to be comfortable and not feel pressured. We decided to go forward with the treatment and we were both very happy with the final results! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic itself was beautifully designed and decorated. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

My skin really needed it and has never looked better. There is no way I could have got that level of exfoliation at home. Jaylene is terrific. Honest and really knowledgeable. Love this place!
