I didn't even get a chance to get my eyebrows done here as I was waiting for over 20 minutes at the front. I tried calling and no answer. Only then I realized that the lady was in the room with a client. Understandable. When I simply knocked on the door, I got screamed at by the worker saying that she is with a client and she can't take me then she closed the door on me. So unprofessional. I undestand your busy, but that is not an excuse to be rude to other clients. DO NOT COME HERE.

I was served by someone who hadn't undergone training yet, which I didn't know about until towards the end of my service.. this is the first time i visited this place and what I expected to be a quick service of eyebrows, ulper lip and chin threading was a lengthy (1 hour!!) Service. I had to ask the server to correct the threading multiple times and I'm not an expert in threading eyebrows. I was going to leave and find another salon to have my eyebrows fixed, but she then asked her experienced beautician for help and then I became the unvolunteered model for training. She did fix my eyebrows, but it is the usual quality that i have found in other salons, her work was nothing exteptional or out of the ordinary. I was not given a discount and neither did I request for one. If you want a quick and easy no fuss threading experience like i usually prefer, then this place is not it... and if you are picky and want the perfect threading, then definitely not recommended.
