★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there many times. Various people have cut my hair. Have always been happy with the service and the haircut. My favourite stylist is a friendly and talented Indian lady. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper credit she deserves. I love the app on my phone too - I never had to wait. Great staff. Great salon. Reasonable pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and I have always gotten the best haircuts without any issues here. The only problem I see is that sometimes they lack to offer the hot towel service, which is included with every haircut as advertised on the website. But I have always found that they do not offer the hot towel every time. Other than that, it's always a nice experience to get a haircut here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this salon many times, and to be honest not all of their stylists exhibit professionalism, having said that one stands out every time, her name is Jessica. She greets you with a smile, she is a fabulous stylist, she's completely focused on you during your cut and rarely distracted. She's my go to stylist now. I will ask for her by name! Keep up the fantastic work. I think the others need to learn what customer service is from Jessica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haircut was a not done well. It was not evenly cut around the entire backside of the head and seems like the woman who cut my hair was either new or did not put in enough care. There was a mistake with the bottom part of the back/neck area and she ended up shaving the entirety of that part an inch over natural lining. The lady used the shaver to cut the top of my hair whilst doing the shaving on the sides at the same time. Overall not satisfied with the quality of the haircut itself. The lady herself was very nice and this is not intended to demean her. This is simply an honest review, true to my experience.
