I always left her room looking and feeling like a movie star! Even during Covid I had a very pleasant experience and always felt safe and secure. I would give them a million stars if I could!

She listens my problem carefully and suggested the best solution to me. My Hair stylist Matilda is just awesome. She styles my hair really nice actually she gave a new identity to my hair. Kudos to the experience I have here. Actually 5 star is less I wish I can give more than 5. Keep up the good work guys.
k	karan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service i have ever gotten. they asked me to pay in full which i did, and ALSO told me i can cancel their service anytime and get my money back. they also told me, i need therapy for my hair before hair transplant which i agreed to. i didnt really see any difference in my hair after 6-7 months so i decided to cancel it. they told me it will take 20-30 days to receive remaining balance. its been 3 months now and they wont pick up my call and when they do, they will keep saying 30 days. that money will pay my rent and food on table cause im jobless right now. ABSOLUTELY WORST POSSIBLE.

I’ve suffered for hair loss and have shocked away from years, hiding, using extensions and alwyas having my hair up in a bun. I finally had confidence to walk in for a consult only due to the image consultant who was very friendly, very calming and very enthusiastic. They made me feel very comfortable and I finally had courage to walk in for in person consult. I met Matilda there. My hair stylist. The amount of comfort and patience they showed me was commendable and they gave me so much confidence and a hope for a better outlook. A month later, I would say, best decision of my life. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I see Matilda for anything and everything and she never fails to amaze me . Thanks hair club and team.

My second visit was the complete opposite of the first with two friendly and helpful employees at the desk and I was able to get my product without issue. I appreciate the improvement and will visit again for their amazing hair product.
