★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to do something about the bone problem. I bought a on the rocks the other day and I found bone in it. If a kid eats this food he could easily choke on it. Osmows is a choking hazard. Then they say send a email to them which they don’t even check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE. Peel Public Health has been notified. Food should come with a disclaimer “Be careful of metal shrapnel".
Spoke with owner on the phone, was polite and said that the “issue is from Head Office, they send the chicken and we have received a lot of complaints from other customers as well who found metal items in their food”.
If they are aware of the issue, why are they selling food to customers when it has the risk of having metal items in the food? Waiting for someone from Osmow’s head office to comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start with the fact that the portions are generous. The experience is consistent and they have vegetarian options.
I like the platters for the best balance of things.
The only bad thing is that there is no dedicated veg counter/ pan. Expect nothing really veg.
Edit: To the MGMT: I understand but the veggies used to be fried in a separate pan though things have changed. Currently the veggies are roasted on the same space as the meats and once the stock is added to the meats to keep them from drying up, the same flow to the cooking area and into anything being roasted. If you can add an option to have the veggies roasted in a separate pan, it would be amazing. Thanks.
