β β β β β Very very very bad! There are better and cheaper services out there. Ladies are brought from China (no offense) with ZERO knowledge of the English language. Not sure how weβre supposed to communicate with them. They also have nothing to do with massage. She thought the harder she goes, the better. She almost ripped off my skin. Had back pain for 3 days after that massage. Awful experience and definitely was the very last time.

β β β β β We had 3 separate 60minute massages booked today at 1:45pm. But Susan and Stacy kept us waiting for 30 minutes!!! We had another appointment scheduled so had to leave in an hour so my mom got a 30 minute massage instead. They were extremely rude and offered no apology or compensation for our wasted time. Also, no one speaks English here and it is very difficult communicating with them.

β β β β β I have been going to this location of The Happy Foot Spa for some years now. Unfortunately, turnover of massage therapists is high here but Eva, Tim and Amy are all fantastic. Eva in particular does a wonderful job with both full body massage and foot reflexology and she, along with Tim and Amy, is the reason that I am giving a 5 star review. It is always easy to get an appointment as the reception staff do their best to fit you in, even on short notice. The spa is also open 7 days a week and late on evenings which is also very convenient.

β β β β β I called to book a massage and to my surprise they are charging $5 on top of their services for the alcohol covid cleaning charges. I mean I seriously dnt understand this, does the customer have to pay for cleaning a massage place????.
I requested for the front desk to talk to manager and she said manager is not the, so I asked her to call me back once she speaks, she called me 5 mnts later saying my manager states its not covid cleaning charges, its SUR charge. I asked her what kind of surcharge, she had no answer.
Sorry to say but I will never ever be going back even if they have the best massage therapist there

β β β β β Not even a fixed price. They are like if you are paying by cash say 55, card 65. Ok then I have insurance. Immediately they be like 'Oh Insurance' and ask 95. Needless to say I walked away. Money minded people

β β β β β NEVER AGAIN!! This place is absolutely a joke. Money grab, should have read the reviews before coming. We wanted to claim an hour massage for insurance purposes and after getting a massage for an hour the rude lady in the front said it was different massage for insurance? When I asked her, what that meant I was left with a no-reply. Honestly, take your money and time somewhere valuable and creditable.

β β β β β Iβve been coming here since 2017. Have always had a pleasant experience. Since covid the massage therapists have been wearing gloves during the services, which I completely understand. But considering you guys increased the price, could you at least provide your workers with better latex gloves?? Felt like I was getting massaged with sandpaper. Otherwise, my masseuse was very good as usual.

β β β β β I love massages and when I go looking for one, I expect just that. This place may not look like luxury but I commend the therapists who work here. I love that they had a couples room and provided a wonderful 90 minute massage that left us feeling on cloud 9.
