But this time I was forced to share my bad experience due to the kind of service I got from chatters .I went to chatters heartland in August for my keratin treatment . The first 3 days after the treatment my hairs were looking nice. But after the first wash, my hairs were looking like they were before the treatment. I was very disappointed.They charged me 350 dollars plus 100 dollars for shampoo and conditioner.Its such a waste of my hard earned money.I went to chatters within 1 week to show my hairs and they refused to do anything to set it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here today to get my hair fixed due to another hairstylist messing up what I wanted done. I got my hair fixed by Sarab and she is absolutely amazing!!! I will admit I am quite picky with hairdressers so I’ve yet to find someone that I want to stick with but Sarab is definitely it. She listened to me, was so sweet and my hair looks the best it’s ever looked, I can’t thank her enough! She even helped me pick out a shampoo and conditioner without trying to oversell me on anything, she’s the true definition of an amazing hairstylist! Thank you Sarab! ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chatters Heartland location has always been my favourite. I have had appointments at other Chatter locations such as Square One, but the experience I get every time at Heartland is on another level. Every single staff member at the front desk I ever had the pleasure of speaking to has always been lovely, sweet, and efficient. Every single stylist I ever got a haircut from has always been extremely talented and I have never left the salon feeling disappointed.

I went there for my hair highlights on 7 oct 2021 at 3.15 pm. Firstly staff member SHANESSA there told me it gonna cost you around 285 dollars. When I was done with my hair color and went at counter for doing payment I was shocked they charged me $369.51 for just hair balayage. And when I asked lady with red colored hair at counter (I don't know her name) she told me because you got hair blowout and curls but I asked Shanessa before Is curls and blowout are includes in my charges and she told me yes .And when I told same thing to that lady then she changed her statement by saying you got balayage that's why we charge you more. Clearly it shows they are liars and cheaters.
Extremely disappointed by going there and wasted my hard earn money there.
Would not recommend to anyone to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience getting my haircut and balayage at this location. The store itself is very clean and all the hairstylists and staff are friendly and welcoming.
Aside from making my hair look amazing, my hairstylist Sarab was very patient and answered all the questions I had before and after the appointment. Her knowledge and professionalism make it easy for you to trust her with your hair, and I would definitely recommend her services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good. Everyone was super nice for the most part, but I went in to get my hair coloured and I showed them a specific picture of exactly the colour I wanted. I had a nice conversation with my stylist.
My hairstylist assured me several times that she did exactly or almost like the colour I SPECIFICALLY requested and I showed her 3 pictures as exact colour matches. She kept assuring me and the manager kept backing her up when I politely told them they did the complete opposite colour I wanted. The hairstylist went on to get offensive and mentioned that “she believes in karma” at which point I felt disrespected and offended to be very honest.
I went in happy, expecting to leave happy, however I left feeling unsatisfied and a little offended.
