★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Georgian Audio looking for an L.E.D car alarm outside indicator light . I have been to all the other stores in my fair town with no luck . After explaining to the Assistant what I was looking for , he went to the back room and can back with exactly what I was looking for . At this point I was willing to pay almost anything , you can imagine how I felt when he said "No Charge". I am not saying everyone will be this lucky , it is a beautiful store . This was my first experience in this store ,but I will go back , I recommend that everyone with Audio and TV needs visit this store . I was met with polite and friendly staff more than willing to help .Even if you are not in the market to buy, this store has lovely merchandise .TV's & Audio equipment are top of the line . Thanks for your help .. . Ray Wood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE!!!!!! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
ALWAYS late for every single appointment. Waste TONS of time dilly dallying when they're on a job (and then they bill you by the hour). NEVER finish a job in the time they say they're going to. Said they would have a job done in one visit. Took them THREE visits to finish, then charged me travel time EVERY visit. Sold me equipment they never installed and never even opened out of the box. At the end of the job, I asked for a refund to which I received the reply, "We don't do refunds."
Excuse me? You don't do refunds on product you sold me that I don't even need and hasn't even been ever opened out of the box??
They can't follow simple instructions. I told them to install an outdoor camera in a certain spot. They drilled holes and put the camera in the wrong place!!!!???? Simply unbelievably awful company....
These guys are pretty much SCAM artists. Lazy, tardy, unreliable, dishonest. Stay FAR FAR away... can't believe it's the same company as the other reviews....
Ridiculous company that I don't even know how they are still in business!!!!

And when you do support local and pay their prices, they nickel and dime you for tech visit when it is a faulty stereo component They had sold you a couple weeks prior. AND downplayed your calls and visits about the problems you are experiencing with the $$$$ stereo steer clear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks really stand behind their 30 day price guarantee. I bought a 4K TV from Moe and when the price dropped by $100 I had no problems at all getting the price adjusted. Outstanding service! I will not hesitate buying from them again. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 75 inch Samsung TV, had a $5000 dollar install to get it up and running. Summary of charges,
Luxul Router I Paid $549. Best Buy cost $221
Luxul Access Hub I paid $1198 for 2. Best Buy $547
HDMI Cables: 3M Paid $159 SightSound.ca $39.76
4M Paid $179 SightSound.ca $49.76
Surge Protector: I Paid $179. Staples $49.99
All in all I paid $1802 more then I would at any other retailer, basically a 200 percent markup from stores like BestBuy.
Samsung ensures all retailers have the same price so the TV prices are in line. However, I wouldn't buy any extra component or install through Georgian in less your comfortable with paying 3x other retail prices and install fees for a few TV's and wifi over $1500

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remarkably dishonest ownership.
I purchased an Samsung 85” TV from them with a install date scheduled for a week later. The next day I changed my mind and called them for a refund and to buy a projector instead (which would have cost more in the end). The sales rep told me the owner who sold me the TV was away - but requires a 15% restocking fee and I should have noticed the sign on their counter (it wasn’t there) when I was paying. I called 3 more times that week and the owner refused to take my call, so I finally put it in an email to him that I was refusing acceptance of the TV and to not deliver it. That got him to finally call me back, where he proceeded to tell me I was a “predator” taking advantage of small businesses and he would have sold the TV 3 times over if it wasn’t being held for me. I told him he wouldn’t have difficulty selling it then and to refund me, he refused.
In the end I was forced to do a chargeback with Visa for a refund. This is exactly the dishonest vendor practices visa is trying to protect consumers from, thankfully.
