Although, I had an encounter with an extremely rude employee.. I believe her name was Barb. She treated me with the utmost disrespect. She was condescending and confrontational. She raised her voice to me and treated me as though I knew nothing and that she was above me just for asking a simple question...I will never return there again.

These experienced behind the desk staff are pleasant and smart. As a local trade I value being able to into a hardware store and get what I came for. Compared to Collingwood’s hardware stores on the other hand are full of inexperienced people who have 0 construction experience and it shows. I would go to thornburry before I go into collingwood for anything.

The answer I got was "when I do one..." Than rudely asked why? I said the color I was looking for wasent on the shelf, she says well those are the standard colors! This I understand as I have already looked on thr site. I was planning on giving you the business ..... I asked a simple question and given a very rude response. I'm a local and won't be back!!
