They have done work for us previously and it was 5 star. This time on a substantial reno where time and material are charged separately I found them to remarkably fair and above all honest. The guys worked efficiently to keep the time costs down and Josh charged less per hour than they quoted. This is an area where customers are vulnerable but they upheld the integrity that has become their custom. Bravo!! And as always they do stellar work in terms of the quality. I just got 2 front doors by Reliabuild and to say I’m happy is an understatement!! The doors are absolutely stunning and are everything my husband and I wanted for our addition and renovation. They made our house look so complete and beautiful. The staff at Reliabuild are amazing, professional and so kind. They want nothing but the best for you and will make sure you are happy and satisfied with what you ordered. When they came to install my doors they were very respectful and did a fabulous job cleaning up once they were finished. Shortly after moving into our first home the first major job we needed to tackle was replacing all the windows and doors on our home. As we were new to the region we researched some local companies and began reaching out. After spending nearly six months reaching out and chasing up supposedly reputable companies in the area we were very fortunate to discover Reliabuild. From the initial conversation with Josh in the office, we had a refreshing sense of trust and accountability and were pleased to promptly book a site visit. When Josh came for the initial inspection to provide an estimate, he took the time to understand our project goals and thoroughly explained all the different possible options, providing recommendations along the way. His gentle approach helped guide us through the process and we decided upon a plan. The estimate was received shortly afterwards and after checking in with some trusted friends in the trades we were pleased to move ahead with the job. Our estimated installation date was set and our expectations were well managed for when our product would be due. Josh reached out as soon as it arrived and booked us in, expecting 3-4 days to complete the job. The installation day arrived and John and the crew arrived bright and early to begin the work. They worked tirelessly throughout, overcoming unexpected challenges due to previous poor construction and rectifying problems along the way. They worked very hard each day and made great time, despite the winter weather. The expertise of Josh and the installers reassured us that we were in good hands with Reliabuild and they did not disappoint. After the job was complete and a deep site cleanup had taken place, we were walked through the finished product and were blown away. The look of our home had been completely transformed and refreshed. Josh came for a final walk through to ensure everything was to our liking and that we were pleased with the final install. We are so thankful to have chosen Reliabuild and will not hesitate to reach out to them for our future building needs. I had 2 doors installed at my house and could not be happier with the team at Reliabuild. Josh was a huge help when deciding on what doors to chose and was very knowledgeable and honest with us.
