★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review because the other day my wife and I ordered five new appliances from Jame at our local Home Depot. She was so helpful, kind-hearted, wonderful customer service representative who deserves recognition!
We just wanted to say thanks for being such a good person. Your actions really made us happy with your store in Collingwood - we'll keep coming back as long it's worth while!"

Looking forward to watching my garden and planters flourish!
The planters and decor is amazing this year as seen in picture 4!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over $1000 on a new washer. Guys turn up to deliver but can't because they're not allowed to unhook the hold one. Would have been nice if someone had told us that before hand. Then it becomes impossible to get someone back out again to finish the job. So disappointing. We used this home depot for our bathroom renos and had a great experience and we were going to use them again for our kitchen renos, but not after this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collingwood Home Depot’s entire staff is knowledgeable, positive, helpful and always so friendly! From my rentals to my personal new builds they always make it right! Craig (pro Desk), Richard and Jamie in Appliances, the store manager etc etc are just a couple of the individuals that even take the stress out of ordering whatever it is even if it’s a rush over the phone! Keep doing whatever you all are doing Collingwood because in my books YOU’RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Home Depot when I first came in the store with service rep Kelly. Her tone was condescending and specifically said “no, you cannot return this if the sticker/tag isn’t on it”. I explained the sticker must have fallen off (it was originally just clinging on lightly) because I haven’t used it. She refused to listen and just kept shaking her head at me. So ironic that her apron says “I put customers first” when she’s doing nothing to try to help. It left a sour taste for the rest of my visit there until at the end, when I went to buy additional tools, I thought to just ask another service rep, Rosa. I explained the situation again and she said “oh no problem, I can fix that for you”. She issued me the return in a minute. What a stark difference in the level of customer service. Thank you, Rosa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff, they would not show us where the item was we were looking for, they just gave us vague directions and pointed, the first two staff members we asked were completely off on where the item was.
We got to the cash and she wasn't much better. I had to go look for Squ codes myself several times. I'm disabled... I will not do any business there again.
There were tons of staff working but couldn't be bothered to help except one.
