We both could use a new mattress and base and seeing what they had to offer was a good way to pass the time on these long days before we got our vaccine. Apparently the store just opened the week before. Everything looked fresh and clean, just waiting for people to try out all the mattresses. We were greeted warmly by Morgan. The store was empty. We thought this would be a good time to pick his brain. He was outstanding. Filled with product knowledge and great ideas how our sleep could be better than ever. Yep, you guessed, we bought two new beds and bases. It was a pleasant shopping experience. We bought our last bedding at Sleep Country in Barrie and it was okay too, but the professionalism of Morgan put this new store over the top.
C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sleep Country in Collingwood is the best place to buy a mattress. Honestly the best customer service I've ever received. They did not push me into buying anything. I spent $5000 on a mattress, adjustable base, two queen pillows, pillow covers, mattress covers and the remote. I left the store with zero anxiety about spending $5000 on a well needed bed set up for my back issues. Morgan helped me find the mattress that suited my needs. He listened and steered me in the right direction. He was honest and was not afraid to tell me the truth (need this, don't need that). I was in the store for three hours trying out the beds and asking questions. He knew all of the answers and is knowledgeable about all of the products they sell. Never once did he make me feel like he was tired of me. The mattress I got has stopped the incredible pain that woke me up every morning on my old mattress. Unbelievable! Delivery was painless. They were in and out in 30 minutes. After my purchase, I called Morgan with some general questions and he is still 100% there for me. He is a great guy and super personable. It feels like I've got a friend at Sleep Country (as cheesy as that sounds). I'm heading back to the store to buy another two Zoned Dough pillows for my Dad. They are THE pillows you've been looking for! I'm a regular person living in Collingwood who has taken the time to type this review. Truly, if you need a bed, go see Morgan at Sleep Country! ?

No pressure, from Tanya and a great experience overall, she was very helpful and knowledgeable to help us with our purchase. Great store will definitely be back again.
