T	Tristin Wall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey, and when we purchased a wood splitter from here no hardware came with it and we were simply told to go buy it separately some place else when it was supposed to come with the product. Some employees here are great and wonderful to deal with such as Earl Rigney but others are not so great.

Today I went in before work to pick up a 22.7 kg box of kitty litter on sale for $10.99. I went to the back and got a box, and paid for it at the cash register. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t realize that I picked up a 10 kg box instead. The box I got was right under the sign for the 22.7 kg boxes listed at $10.99. Silly me for assuming that that was what was sitting there. This happens every time I go to this store. Most times I have to get the price corrected once I realize I have not been charged the sale price. This always seems to happen when they place the sale sign over product that is not on sale. I don’t know how they manage to keep any customers with this practice.

They carry a lot of my favorite brands like Noble, Ariat, Watson's, and so many more. Thanks also for being so nice to my kids when I come in with them.

My purchase was clearly defective but because it was just after the warranty period they wouldn't replace it. Even though I had only used it three times. This experience really changed what I buy from them. As a retired farmer I used to buy all my stuff here. Not any more. Thought I would give this store one more chance to do the right thing. Went in to purchase an item that just happened to be on sale. Told the clerk what I needed and she pointed me to the on sale pile. After checking out a few other items picked up the sale item that I went in for and up to the checkout. The sale item rang in at the regular price. When I questioned it she told me the color I had was not on sale. No where at the display did it say that. Really annoying. And what is with not a single employee greeting me with a smile. So many other places do better so I have decided to never visit that store again. I know no one cares enough to respond to this issue but just wanted to vent my frustration about a store with unfriendly staff and terrible return policy. Good bye forever.
