I would start by saying that the store size is huge and floor space is great. They also have an outdoor garden center with lots of great products. Staff is always friendly whenever I need to find something.

But what you do get here for the slightly higher prices are lots of experienced people available to assist. They also have a section of funky and unique home and gift items found only here. Worth a visit

The lady employee I had asked for help then offered to call another store....I said I sometimes shop at their Collingwood store. So she called there and there was one do they put it at Customer service desk with my name on it .( in Collingwood). I picked it up later that day. I was very impressed and it was a perfect weekend to buy it as there was extreme cold weather.Thank you for great service Home Hardware! ????
C	Charlene Grant-Small on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought TWO 5 gallon pails of paint and the owner, Brian Caron, REFUSED to stamp our paint card. We are contractors and often go to Home Hardware stores, mostly in Orillia and Minden and have absolutely no problem getting our paint card stamped even when we buy the pails. He wouldn't even give us ONE stamp. Not impressed. Paint customer service rep was very good and friendly though.
S	SI U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home hardware Collingwood is a joke. The owner does not know what he is doing? He fabricated information to employment Canada. He protects a drunk who shows up to work drunk and is allowed to work while drunk instead of helping this employee. Other employees are allowed to walk around and talk all day. It’s so cold in the store you have to wear three layers to stay warm. He fires employees who actually do the work cause other employees can’t handle that. This place is a joke. Never work there.

Derek was a great help with out even asking him. He was so nice and new were ever item we needed was, this man should show other home hardware workers how great costumer is done. He saved us money but we bought items that he suggested would help, with our home renovation. Don and Theresa Watson
