Bought flooring from here, 5***** for counter service but the two stars go to the delivery driver who dumped the flooring just inside the house and not in the room next door because it was easier. You don’t pay for delivery which is a plus but don’t do a half arsed job you let down your team. #slacker

I have been shopping at Hamilton brothers farm supply store since I moved to this area, about 25 years now. It is always a pleasant experience and I am always treated so well. Great place to shop.

I Ordered some maple for a job ,about $5000 worth. After the gentleman on the phone who took my order, began to tell me that he was the owner ,and because it was such a large order and being paid in cash no less. He will personally make sure he took care of the whole transaction to make sure I was happy and satisfied , as to secure business in the future. He then persisted to say I will have i it ready and waiting . And as I felt I was being treated fairly did, I did not did agree. After my driver was loaded and enroute, I received a call from said owner asking me who I had working for me to pick up the materials and further slandered him /her by saying I watched them very aggressively and violently began to throw the material in to the truck and have no regard for how much that client had spent , and if there was any damage to the material ,that said individual delivered was set the responsibility of the individual who picked it up . After further inquiry with the delivery driver ,as to the consirning phone call and after multiple inspections by multiple carpenters and woods tradesman a the conscences was the damage was not due to driver error, but rather a distributor would sell damaged merchandise at retail rate ,and more or less do his best to get rid of product he other wise would have to take a loss on, due to warehouse storage error. I.E too many pallets bein stored on one another, weathering and sheer age. And after calling and voicing my concerns was met with rebuttal and conflict when asked how this could be rectified I.suggest any future buyer beware . Make sure u inspect your purchase as the individual picking up and dropping off was not aware of the scams that were being played on him as he is new to the industry and could be taken advantage of with no remorse.
