★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they came highly recommended for chick orders. I emailed March 3rd and had a response by March 4th - I was thrilled with the confirmation of dates when chicks were arriving. I even phoned and spoke with them in March and confirmed again on March 24th the day before I was to pick them up. After booking the day off I arrived and they denied ever speaking with me or emailing me back simply because they NEVER SENT MY ORDER IN. I was showing them the phone logs and email correspondence in person and they still were denying speaking with me........ Thankfully Freys, where STC order their chicks from came through and supplied our family with 16. Thank you Stayner Town and Country for your great small-town customer service and owning up to your mistakes......
