After deciphering our needs, he went about putting together a great package. One that checks off all the boxes and happily saves us money too! Arthur took the time to explain services and options to us without making us feel pushed into any immediate decisions. He knows products and services very well and has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I would definitely go back and plan on referring friends and family to the Source as well. I look very forward to returning to the store in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had to many bad experiences at this location but I haven't had many friendly visits either... On August 30 2021 my son purchased a headset for his ps4 and also purchased the extended warranty and on the reciepts it stats the extended warranty begins August 30 2021 and ends Aug 30th 2024 and also stats maximum 2 exchanges... A few days ago my son went to exchange them as they have quit working properly and was informed he would have to deal with the manufacturer for the first year I was never told this also asked these questions and was told anything within the dates stated on my reciept I would just return to the source I purchased them from and they would do the exchange.. So much for there extended warranty... After this expires we will move on the staples or Walmart where we get more friendly staff and service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store, I like to source but should get better USB-C to Aux options. They recommended me the Logiix Aux adapter and it barely works out of the box. The audio jack doesn't click in and it slides out with the gentlest of tugs. I opened it and plugged it in to my phone while driving and it keeps disconnecting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have a bit more stock, however everyone working here is very professional, they take their time explaining everything from the tech to the warranty, and I've never had an employee treat me wrong.
I think it would be awesome if they offered to show you the online stock in store. Other source locations offer, I find you have to ask here (if your product isn't available in store). I'd give another star for the initiative.
