★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today June 17th 2021 to buy shoes for myself and my son. I didn't catch the guys name but he was doing a phenomenal job at helping me and others. The shoe department was busy and he did a great job multitasking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is smaller than other stores located in larger cities but for the area I think the size is good. They pretty well carry everything you need I hear good things about their repair shop and they do have fair selection of shoes. Loads of parking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my cousin and sister are on vacation and wanted skates. No one was asking if we needed help and when we asked for help a nice young man helped. But there was a blond girl in the area not bothering to ask us if we need help and staff were walking around aimlessly not asking for help. I understood they were understaffed but the individuals were just standing around doing basically nothing. While we were waiting in line two cashiers were open and helping to cash out what looks to be Gloves. Actually I'm still in line while waiting to be checked out. Total time 1 hour and 3 mins to purchase and check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle H at the collingwood store made our shopping experience effortless. She was always there to help from the moment we walked in. My boyfriend and I received assistance from her in the mens and womens section. Every time you turned a corner, she was ready to help! Michelle and her daughter who works there made this experience wonderful with their friendly demeanours. I would highly recommend checking out this store mainly for the customer service and overall shopping experience! Thanks Michelle ?.
