Technology spaces are just great and this Telus store in Collingwood is so peaceful, in it's decor. Green and white sets the stage I almost felt as though I was in a phone spa.

My son recently purchased a Koodo phone, and had used up the complimentary card that it came with, so I offered to go to our local Telus Mobility/ Koodo store here in Collingwood to get him another pay-as you go card. I had never been in this shop before, and was immediately struck by the cold, stark austerity of the layout of the place. There was one customer in the store, and she was explaining to an employee the problem she was having with her data plan, and there was a second employee sitting on a stool behind the small table that held the cash register. She, the second employee, was not saying a word or assisting the lone customer, or her fellow employee in any way. I stood within 5 feet of this trio, my money in hand, and waited to to be served. As stood there, I was totally ignored by both employees--not merely ignored, but it was to the point that they were not even Acknowledging my existence by even looking in my direction. I endured this for three minutes or so, then gave up and left the store without making a purchase. I will never be back. I am sure that this sort of customer treatment is not indicative of other Koobo stores, but this annoyed me greatly, and I will never return to this shop.

I picked you my new iPhone SE at the Telus store in Collingwood and was served by Chris. I don't often write reviews but my interactions with Chris and his service was among my top best experiences in retail setting. As someone who does management training professionally he exemplifies the characteristics of an engaged and high performing employee. He as professionally, accommodating, thorough, friendly and displayed empathy. I would shop there again to deal with him. Keep it up Chris, you have a great career ahead of you because you stand out.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro yesterday and Michael was the gentleman that facilitated the transaction. He was extremely helpful and made my experience completely stress free. I have been with Telus for almost 20 years and this is the kind of service that makes me remain a loyal customer.

We always go to the TELUS store in Collingwood to purchase/upgrade our phones. The service has always been excellent. Recently, I purchased a phone that would continually freeze and I was disappointed. I also felt that the model of phone that I had chosen was not the best one for my needs. Michael F. was very efficient and professional and allowed me to replace the phone with a new one - no questions asked. We had just made it to the store within the time restraints of the return policy and Michael navigated several glitches in order to ensure that the exchange happened that day. Michael is an excellent ambassador for TELUS!

Not very impressed. Due to my koodo callback ringing for over 30 minutes and no one picking up, I had to go in to an actual store as there was an add-on that I couldn't take off online (still don't know why, no one would explain why) and when I first walked in the lady quickly dismissed me after I said only a couple words and said she couldn't help because I was a pay-as-you-go customer, and I clarified, no, I'm monthly. She said oh, in that case she could help and after 10 minutes of going over the situation and "solving" it, said the add-on had been taken off. Well, I get my bill this month and no, the add-on was never taken off. I ended up actually getting a callback through today and the person told me on that day I went in, someone had unsuccessfully tried to take the add-on off. So essentially this lady tried, couldn't do it for whatever reason and then lied to me so I'd leave. Such poor service and I'd leave koodo but I'm moving out of the country soon and will just be ending their service anyways.
