Mike worked on my board for a bit - switched out a part - and adjusted my bindings for me. Had a great time on the hill today / my set-up felt WAY better. Super appreciative for the customer service. Thanks!!

Manager(I guess, could of been owner as well) told me he’d price match the two higher end boards, and when I went to check out he gave another $100 off. I ended up with an excellent setup that I just took out for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Told him I wanted to go home and do my research on the boards he showed me. Went back the next day and picked up my new Gnu Gremlin. This thing looks like a retro hot rod and is powerful and snappy just like one. I love it! All the staff at Fathom are just so super kind, keen, and super chill. I highly recommend this shop. Much love!
