★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! Was greeted by two employees within moments who helped me find exactly what I was after. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful/knowledgeable without being judgemental. There's a great mix of new and used and I loved that the employee asked what kind of skates I'd need in terms of usage; "something for public skating or something for hockey or competition" without trying to upsale me when I explained I want the cheapest available for a first timer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son is starting hockey this year and we needed everything. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tyler who asked if we needed help. I explained to him that we were looking for basically everything you need for hockey. He said right away that he can help us with everything. He was very patient and polite with my son. He helped him try on the gear and made sure it was all the right size. He even helped us pick out a stick and measured the cut for him. While he was ringing up, Adam cut my son's stick and even taped it for him. Great team at store. Very impressed and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleading. Don't waste your time. Did exactly what their website said, "Gather up the sports and fitness gear you aren’t using anymore and stop in, no need to make an appointment." I brought in barely used hockey skates, sticks, and snowshoes and a variety of other gear. After a glance, I was told they don't want any of it. Said they don't want used equipment and I should have called first. Not professional.
