★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pair of shoes here. One of the main reasons is that I wanted to support local and since I am familiar with Collingwood it made sense. Making an account was easy and items were distributed the next day. Although I was concerned at first since the items took over a week to arrive from Collingwood to Waterloo I emailed them regarding a tracking number. Although they weren't always respondent, I was able to track the tracking number of the shoes down and they eventually arrived) safe and sound!
I will certainly buy from here again and encourage others to continue to support local businesses, even if you come from afar!

Full disclosure, I haven't purchased anything from the shop but the person at the counter answered all my questions and recommended me to check out another store as they didn't carry the exact item. I was surprised, they could have pitched and attempted to make the sale, but they didn't because they knew it wouldn't be a good fit long term. Can't get more honest than that! I'll be sure to return in the near future!
